1. PREHEAT oven to 350F and GREASE pan, or line with parchment paper.
2. MIX KETO CARROT CAKE Mix, water, eggs and oil (or melted butter) in large bowl with mixer on medium speed or beat vigorously by hand for 2 minutes. Pour into 8x8" pan.
3. BAKE for approximately 22-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
