2500mg - Essential and Conditionally Essential Amino Acids.
There are several studies that confirm the fat-burning benefits of a special class of essential amino acids called branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs): leucine, isoleucine, and valine.  BCAAs are unique in that they are broken down in the muscle, compared to the liver where most other amino acids are broken down.  Because of this, they are considered particularly important for energy production during exercise. L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid derivative crucial for energy production. It transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned to produce energy.  This transportation process is elevated during training and exercise as we try to convert more fatty acids into energy.  Gamma-Butyrobetaine, is a precursor to L-Carnitine. It increases the body's natural production of L-Carnitine more effectively than direct L-Carnitine supplementation. By boosting L-Carnitine levels it enhances fat metabolism, increases energy production, and supports improved exercise performance. It also has thermogenic properties that boost metabolism and promote fat burning. The chemical reaction of Gamma Butyrobetaine into L-Carnitine is exothermic, meaning it releases heat, and this reaction causes the thermogenic effect in the body.
